This policy explains how product warranties work for purchases made through Click2Buy and how to care for your products so the warranty stays valid.
1. Manufacturer Warranty
- Most products we sell carry the manufacturer's or authorised distributor's warranty. The warranty period and coverage are stated on the product page, the warranty card, or the invoice.
- The warranty covers manufacturing defects that appear during normal household use within the warranty period.
- Keep your invoice and warranty card safe. They are required for every warranty claim.
2. What the Warranty Does Not Cover
- Physical damage, liquid damage, burns, or damage caused by accidents, misuse, or neglect.
- Damage from power surges, incorrect voltage, or use with unsuitable accessories.
- Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, and consumable parts such as batteries, filters, bulbs, and belts.
- Products that have been opened, modified, or repaired by anyone other than an authorised service centre.
- Products with a removed, altered, or unreadable serial number.
3. How to Make a Warranty Claim
- Contact us through the details on our Contact page with your order number, the product name, and a short description of the fault.
- We will guide you to the manufacturer's authorised service centre, or arrange collection where the brand supports it.
- The service centre inspects the product and repairs or replaces it according to the manufacturer's warranty terms.
- Repair times depend on the manufacturer and the availability of spare parts. We will keep you informed of the progress.
4. Care Guidelines
- Read the user manual before first use and follow the manufacturer's installation and operating instructions.
- Use the product only with the voltage and accessories it was designed for.
- Keep electrical products away from water unless they are rated for it, and clean them only as the manual describes.
- Arrange installation of air conditioners, washing machines, and similar appliances through an authorised technician where the manufacturer requires it.
5. Returns and Replacements
Faults found on delivery or within the return window are handled under our Return & Replacement Policy. After that window, the manufacturer's warranty applies as described above.
